ABOUT ASH
Ash brings public, private, and nonprofit experience to his consulting. He believes in cross-pollinating perspectives from different sectors and industries, helping bring fresh ideas to catalyze team development. His practice is supplemented by his previous experience, including growing a boutique consultancy, building and expanding a platform to help retailers reward their customers at a software start-up in Auckland, New Zealand, three years managing coalition building and international affairs policy on the staff of a U.S. Senator in Washington, DC, and teaching American studies at a school in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Ash enjoys getting to know teams and organizations, helping them achieve their goals within their contexts, in ways that are thoughtful, authentic, and sustainable.
Ash has worked with a variety of clients to help teams grow, including management consulting firms, startups and high-growth companies, private equity firms, youth-development nonprofits, media companies, and public-private enterprises. Ash likes to help clients think creatively, bringing in innovative research and concepts to get teams to the next level.
Ash is a graduate of Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. He lives in Providence, Rhode Island.
